And another academic year in the history! On May 14th commencement ceremony, we celebrated new Alfred University graduates, including many Computer Science majors and minors.

Today, at the Honors Convocation ceremony, I received the "Joseph Kruson Trust Fund Award for Excellence in Teaching". This award honors Alfred University's faculty for their commitment to academic quality, with the recipients selected by the students and faculty. I also had the pleasure of seeing many of our Computer Science students receive well-deserved awards.

Our recent paper, "Securing Load Balancing over QUIC," has been accepted for the IEEE High-Performance Switching and Routing conference, which will take place in Montreal, Canada. Congratulations and many thanks to all of my co-authors, including Alfred University's undergraduate student Dagim Mindaye!
